  Ordered Dominoes and I was given ham dough balls that were overdone firstly, secondly they got the order wrong. 4 caramel cookies was paid for, we didn’t get them the first time we got 2. We called into the shop and the manager amended this by sending more cookies out, when the cookies arrived they weren’t the cookies that was ordered once again. I usually don’t complain but that’s ruined my Sunday. Lack of care today. Usually it’s good service but I don’t know what happened today. Driver didn’t really want to do the job right either TWICE. Not sure what’s going on today we all have our days but it’s reflected in today’s service.

  My pizza took 45 minutes to cook whenever I looked into the kitchen I saw a femboy yell “Avengers assemble” then proceeded to throw the large pizza at the wall and then told me it would be another 5 minutes as I watched my pizza crawl down the wall into the pizza box. Is this procedure?

  ​I am beyond disappointed with the Larne franchise. I placed an order, and it was a complete failure from start to finish. ​Not only was the delivery/product unacceptable, but the staff I spoke to on the phone were incredibly rude. I requested five times for them to collect the food so they could see the issue, but I was told they "aren't allowed" to collect it. By the time the call ended, the food was freezing and inedible. ​To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for the original problem or the service failure. It is completely unacceptable to tell a customer to dispose of their order and then refuse to return their money. Avoid this branch until they learn basic customer service and accountability.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID I second Graeme humphrys, the store manager of this shop should find another job.. maybe a job that doesn’t involve customer service, rude, condescending and cheeky would be a few words I would use from him.. Oh and the order terrible.. cold and undercooked pizza and wrong items for £28 you’d be better heading to grahams and waiting for a good quality pizza
